Was worst stay ever… booked 2 nights stayed 1. Beds were terrible noisy traffic loud motorcycle and very thin windows! Get very sketchy.

Easy check in. Santiago was very helpful. Gave us the option of which floor we preferred and we chose the first floor. Ice machine was near by. Microwave and mini fridge in the room worked well. Firm comfy beds. Smoke free within 15 feet of property but you can walk to the outer parking lot and it’s fine. Lots of cameras and only one entrance. Felt very safe. Perfectly located across from sea world and many restaurants near by.

While the room was cleaned fairly well, the carpet felt damp. The carpet was also badly fraying, which, along with the aged, peeling furniture, gave the room an old musty feel.
The bathroom was more recently updated and fairly nice, if very basic. The bed was soft and clean and I slept well. The AC was a little loud, but worked pretty well as a white noise machine.
The staff were always helpful. The location is excellent.
All in all, it was comfortable, but I felt I overpaid, since the room was nowhere near as nice as the photos and the amenities were minimal.

Bien Very friendly and helpful staff. However the rooms are outdated and there were bugs crawling on the walls of my room every night I stayed there. There were also some in the bathroom.

There was only one person at the check-in desk who was very slow with the checking in process, and as I entered the room I immediately saw two large roaches, one on the bed, and one on the wall.
Next, I checked the bathroom and mini-fridge and saw multiple small roaches.
It was an awful and unsanitary experience, I would not recommend staying here.

This place is perfect. Especially if you’re just looking to be close to all the fun stuff such as Sea World, La Jolla, Belmont etc. cost effective, decently clean and never felt unsafe. Definitely a hidden gem. No need to spend extra $$$ when you got this place to provide.
