There is no such building called the Picton waterfront apartments. The building is actually called the Oxley rock Apartments.
There is nice signage or any indication anywhere that we are at the Picton waterfront apartments. This created total confusion and frustration whilst we walk outside in heavy rain with our luggage paper in hand trying to figure it out.
Very poor experience. Phone calls and email went unanswered.
Apparently, we were supposed to be sent an email explaining how to check in but that never arrived
Other than that, it’s a lovely apartment great location.

The view was just beautiful of the harbor. The room was clean and very comfortable. Nicely furnished, interesting artwork. It’s above a cafe, so convenient for morning coffee. Easy walk up from the ferry terminal and close to a lovely little park. Walking distance to shops and dining. Would certainly recommend and would book again.

Fantastic stay. The apartment is modern, spacious, and very well designed. The kitchen is excellent, with a very large range and plenty of space if you enjoy cooking. Everything is comfortable and it comes with underground parking.
The views are beautiful, and the location is hard to beat. You can walk everywhere in Picton. Eco Tours is directly across the street, which makes early morning departures incredibly convenient, and there are lots of restaurants just steps away.
Overall, this is probably one of the best locations in Picton. If you want a comfortable, well-equipped place right on the waterfront and close to everything.

Fantastic apartment with an incredible view! We wished we were staying longer. Check in and out very easy.
We chose the apartment because it was convenient for our early morning Interislander Ferry, but it would have been a great base for a lot longer stay. We were able to do some wine tasting in Blenheim.
