The room was a bit dusty, however room service was good.

Tavinos is located in a central area with lots of restaurant and sight seeing... Familimart store right on property made it so easy to exchange mpney and buy food ,drinks, coffee! Beer and liquor at bargain prices..
My favorite part was the ocean view by Tokyo continental Bay! Gorgeous 😍
And finally the staff was amazing very helpful and nice! Especially Urusha:)

La habitación no estaba limpia habia cabello por todos lados. Las paredes del baño estaban sucias. La habitación es demasiado incomoda. Es bueno para un dia o 2 pero no lo recomiendo para mas y si lo consiguen barato.

The hotel was 7 minutes from a main metro station...it was in a very clean calm area. The receptionist was so so nice.

Rooms was clean and had everything we need. I would recommend bringing your own pillow or booking else where if you have a sensitive back. Family mart is less than 100m away and is open 24-7 but their dining closes at 8pm so bring your food back to the lobby of the hotel which has hot water and microwave to enjoy.

Very convenient and quiet location near train stations (5-10 minute walks) with a 24 hour convenience store downstairs. Beautiful view of the water on higher floors. The rooms are definitely smaller than what most Americans are used to but the storage under the bed fit everything we brought and bought. Property/room was clean with a unique manga aesthetic. Staff were helpful and very polite. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, easy to find. Really close to rail links so we could travel to Team Lab Planets and other areas where we watched the sunset by the statue of liberty, watched the lights go on for rainbow bridge and watched the water fountain show at the same time. The hotel itself is clean, with friendly staff. Amenities were basic but all we needed for a quick stop over. The hotel was really trendy with the design and managa books, desks to eat/ drink at in the reception area and complimentary tea and coffee. All in all, a nice place to stay with the sea view room. Definitely recommended.
