While an accessible ramp is available for luggage, it was obstructed by a door, which could be addressed to improve ease of access.

Despite these issues, the staff demonstrated friendliness and accommodation to the best of their ability. The hotel's location in Casablanca, in close proximity to the mosque, is highly convenient.
