Room was clean, All staff were helpful, Air con worked well, lots of parking space. Drawbacks-Toilet seat kept falling down, Maintenance team need to take a look. Management team, please provide a good, high powered quality vaccum cleaner to your housekeeping staff. Don't think current basic one does any magic.

We were very happy staying here, the only thing negative is the spa bath didn't work but otherwise a great venue and very handy location.

SuperSéjour en famille
Location was good. Bathroom was upgraded.
However there were only 2 towels (for a room that slept three). There were only 3 very soft pillows in total on the two beds - this made it hard for watch tv while on/in the bed and the desk chairs were not comfortable too sit on (nor was there room unless you sat on the right in front of the tv).
Overall, I’d stay there again - good price considering.

We stayed here for 2 nights and were very comfortable. The rooms are nice and have comfortable beds, new bathrooms and nice new carpet too. The manager was very helpful when I checked in and I found out I had actually booked the wrong dates (arrived a day early) but he changed it for me issues. Great location near the stadium, supermarkets and about a 10-15 minute walk to Hamilton Central
