Great stay, location, well maintained and had really good A/C especially in this heat wave, we were on the the 4th floor which is the highest floor but the A/C still worked really well, although the hallways were much cooloer I guess since they didn’t have windows. Keep in mind that when you enter the A/C will not have been on because it only turns on when you put the key card in the slot and have to leave one their throughout your whole stay so the A/C stays on when you’re out, when you first enter it might very well be pretty warm since the A/C was not on, so you’ll have to wait like 10-20min for the room to cool down. But otherwise it was a really nice hotel breakfast is included and staff was helpful, you need to ask the front desk for the iron/board and they willl provide it.

We absolutely loved the hotel. The only drawback was a constant noise that sounded like a toilet seat being dropped and people thumping around above us.

We had a wonderful stay at Al Theatro Palace hotel in Venice. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, professional, and always ready to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, with a great selection to suit every taste. It was the perfect way to start each day before exploring Venice.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We truly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice. We look forward to staying here again!

We booked last-minute and were lucky to get a lovely room. The staff were kind and helpful, even providing ice when one of our party hit their head on a poorly located room-safe door.
The bed was comfortable but the sofa, which is also a pull-out, was not as it did not close fully. The breakfast buffet was excellent and varied, with both American-style and European-style dishes.
