Check-in was horrible due to not having enough staff. Check-in time was at 4:00 PM, but we didn’t get into our room until around 4:40 because it wasn’t ready. Very disappointing, especially when traveling with a toddler.
Our bed sheets were dirty when we arrived, although housekeeping did come and change them quickly. I was also disappointed that parking is an additional charge for the price you pay, you’d think it would be included.
Another downside was that during the week the bars at the other pools were closed, and only the main pool bar was open. If you wanted a cocktail, you had to walk to the main pool area or the restaurant on-site.
I also really disliked having to text for requests because several times the response took 30 minutes or even hours.
On the positive side, we still had a great time overall. We loved staying in Building 4 because it had a toddler pool that my child really enjoyed. The rooms were spacious, and I loved having a balcony plus a washer and dryer — those were very convenient features.
