It was hell. There was no air conditioning, it smelled bad, and there was zero care. They left a couple of "amenities" lying around in the sink. You don't know if they're really there or if someone left them behind. The closet is in bad condition. The room is neglected and not really clean. The only good thing I can say is that the Transavia bus stop was nearby. Ah!! And the amount of introductory material they send in a thousand languages... because they only read it in the language of the reservation and that's it! I don't recommend it.

1. The TV outlet is not installed, despite is not necessary to go around is still dangerous if any item falls near it.
2. No AC nor fan to ventilate the room. They should install at least a ceiling fan. It's impossible to sleep with that heat
3. Bad odor off the toilet sink.
4. The mattress is wasted and you can feel the coils
5. Bad pillow smell, they have to wash not only the pillow cover sheet, they have to wash the pillow.
6. The staff never answer Expedia messages. I asked a simple question from day 1 and no one answered.
7.it should be advertised that there's no fan/AC/ ventilation system, not even opening the window works plus you get mosquitos inside de room

Expedia's property description MUST provide the property condition accuracy.
This is my worst experience, first time in Zurich and definitely I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY, it's too pricy for the condition of this place.

That place was a dump, the room smelled like an ashtray. No mirror in the bathroom. The corridors and the elevator had garbage in them for two days. No curtains on the windows. The bed was likely from the 50's. The overwhelming smell was so strong we used a full deodorizer spray bottle and it didn't really help. Expedia should be ashamed to be associated with such a place.

The room was clean, but the shades were kind of worn out. The bathroom light could have been replaced, it flickered when it was turned on. The other lights were fine. My room was next to tbe elevator, but the elevator was so quiet that i did not notice it being used.
The hotel was conveniently located close to the Albisriederplatz tram stop, so i could ride the bis or take the lines 2 or 3 into the city center.

En dessous de la moyenne Even thought the property is in a good location, the room is facing the parking lot where people were talking and smoking. Without AC, it would have been nice to be able to tilt the window, but that didn't work.
The room size is ok for 1 person, the bathroom small and both could use an update.

I booked 2 rooms and only got the key for one. I was assured the 2nd key would be on the table of the room i did have the key for. The problem was only resolved at 8.45pm causing considerable disruption.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This is one step above a hostel. Pictures were NOT typical of our rooms. Lobby/stair areas was filthy the entire time we were there. Broken mirror in one room. I would not every stay here again.
