Super clean room. Super nice staff at the morning breakfast

Very clean room , complete hotel was well taken care of

It was amazing!

Was very clean and staff was super helpful!!

We had a wonderful stay! Even though we arrived very late at night, the front desk staff greeted us with a smile and made the check-in process quick and easy. Every staff member we interacted with throughout our stay was exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and flexible, making us feel genuinely welcome. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast—it was a great way to start the day with a nice variety of options. The hotel is located in a clean, quiet, and safe area, which gave us peace of mind during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent service and a comfortable place to stay.

Trash left on the floor of the room, furniture visibly worn, debris in bed. Pool was cloudy—couldn’t see bottom of 3 ft pool.

The staff was very friendly and helpful during our entire stay. The hotel was clean and quiet and very family friendly. My kids loved the waffles for breakfast!

Amazing clean place

There was no shampoo I requested a 1st floor room at booking they couldn't accommodate it was clean and staff was nice

This was our first time staying at a Hilton Home 2 Suites and we were pleasantly surprised with the amenities, cleanliness, and space that we had in our room. Our kids loved the extra couch space which could be partitioned off with the curtain. Everyone loved the soap scents and I appreciated the cleanliness and newness of the bathrooms. We already plan to stay at this hotel anytime we are in the Columbus area and will continue to look for this hotel during future travels.
