We had a decent two night stay. Accommodation was basic but very comfortable. Very handy for connections by bus and not too far to a choice of tube stations. There was no traffic noise in our room which has been an issue in some London hotels.
This is a good budget hotel.

Perfect crash spot. Great neighborhood right on bus line with lots to do within walking distance. It's no frills but it does what it needs to do.

The property was well located with convenience stores and several places to eat nearby. Our rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels supplied. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We had a comfortable stay.
While it looked as though rooms were recently decorated the carpets were very tired and in need of refreshing or deep clean. Our shower was over a bath which meant my husband could not use it.
However we would stay again if in London for one or two nights as it represents good value overall.

Local shops incl Sainsbury’s. Walked to Emirates Stadium (28 minutes). Quiet, basic but fair value. Bought a lovely breakfast on my walk back to Angel tube station (20 minute walk)
