Great location next to Tube, shops and restaurants. Really quick to get to the West End.
The room was lovely with comfy bed and nice shower.
You are on a main road so quite a bit of traffic noise but that didn't bother me.

Great value for money and loved the air-con and bottles of water provided with tea and coffee in the room - ideal when arriving on a very hot day.
Room was beautifully decorated and very clean and bed was comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Location is great - very close to tube station and Westfield shopping centre only a short walk away.
Our room overlooked the busy road and amenities so there was noise into the night but, despite this, we would stay here again.

Property has had a makeover since we last stayed- excellently finishes snd clean. Top floor room cosy, but no lift so with a case it's a little difficult. Otherwise whole property excellent value.
