We booked a two night stay as we had booked theatre tickets, the location was fantastic and having parking available, albeit for a price, was helpful.
All the staff were friendly and helpful although we were initially sent to the wrong bedroom at the end of a very long corridor which we then had to walk back with luggage…. We understand these things happen but not the ideal welcome.
Our room was comfortable & clean, unfortunately the upgrading of the air conditioning hadn’t reached it but there was a fan provided which helped.
My only real criticism would be the shower over the bath, which I had difficulty setting to a reasonable temperature and the water pressure was poor, a grab handle to facilitate climbing in and out would also have been helpful.
