The room was missing towels, soap and one had 1roll of toilet paper that was barely enough. The room felt to closed in, I recommend leaving the curtains open and maybe a window slightly open or ac on automatic to keep to room fresh instead of a little stuffy. Other that that the beds and pillows were comfortable. Thanks you.

Good but no complementary breakfast served

Immediately getting into my room i checked all the sheets, comforters, and the pillow cases out of habit. Right away there were multiple stains on multiple pillow covers, head hair on the pillow and even on the sheet when pulling the sheets back. Separating the sheet and comforter from each other I instantly see red and brown stains including what seemed to be burn holes. Then i went on to look at the second queen bed in the room and that was worse. Long curly hair was found under the pillow. Multiple red blood stains and another long hair were found on the comforter when pulled back. There was also a pretty big red brownish color stain as well. We had no hand soap in the bathroom and the tub was wet as if the bath was on prior to us going in. The phone was not hooked up either. My family and i went downstairs all the way to the front to speak to someone about what we saw, they did not show any interest in the pictures i had and said all they can do is give us new bedding and pillow cases. We were give sheets but no pillow cases or comforters and before we can notice the guy upfront was already gone not asking if we need anything else. I called the front desk multiple times there was absolutely no answer. At that point it was too late to go walking around the building as my family and were exhausted from traveling. It was terribly dirty and such an inconvenience. Why are beddings with multiple stains being washed and used for another use? Thats absolutely disgusting.

The room was decent. It was good for a night stay. Needs to be updated.

Breakfast was danishes, coffee and cuties for first breakfast. Second breakfast was the same plus yogurt, minus the fruit. Paint was peeling in the shower. The curtains were ripped and the pull rod to close the curtain was broken. The heater vent was full of dust and some trash. I was not able to use it because of the smell. The room and property looked nothing like the pictures except for the headboard and the desk. It looked like the company started a remodel then stopped halfway through. The whole place looks like its falling apart. Very disappointed. The front desk attendant at check in was great!

I booked this hotel hoping to relax after a week of camping—a comfortable bed and a nice hot shower were all I was looking forward to. Unfortunately, neither happened. Check-in was disappointing from the start. The front desk staff seemed dismissive, and I barely received any guidance on where to find my room. I figured maybe she was just having a long day and didn’t think much of it. Once I got to the room, everything went downhill. The shower barely worked, there was no hot water, the bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioner had a strange, unpleasant smell. After a week of camping, I expected this hotel to be a place to rest and recharge. Instead, it was a very disappointing experience. Thanks for the memorable stay—for all the wrong reasons.

staff never changed bedding during four day stay. had to ask for refill on body wash and towels. breakfast is packaged patties and a pot of coffee that was always empty. Hotel is dirty won’t stay there again rather pay more money somewhere else. night staff acts like your a bother when u ask for something.

Nothing

The housekeeping was terrible, they just pulled the sheets up all wrinkled, they didn't take the bathroom trash out, the room door didn't close right you have to pulled really hard to close, I felt unsafe in this place, I saw some bedbugs or ticks in the bathroom. The bathroom ceiling had Moho making that room unhealthy. I'm a disabled person and requested a shower bench and they didn't provide me anything. For the money they were charging per night, I will never go back.

Das Bad war nicht so sauber wie es gewünscht gewesen wäre, in den Ecken teilweise Schimmel. der Duschvorhang auch nicht wirklich sauber aus der Dusche kam sehr wenig Wasser abends nur lauwarm die Toilette erschien mir auch nicht wirklich sauber geputzt. Die Betten waren sauber. Toll war der große Kühlschrank und der kostenlose Parkplatz.
