We were disappointed in the fact that there was only one server, bartender and cashier at the restaurant. I understand that there is new management there and that it may be separate from the hotel, but still disappointed in the length of time it took to get drinks, order meals and then wait for the meals to arrive.
The gal was running herself ragged trying to provide good service to all of the folks who were waiting, some of them left before she had a chance to take their orders.
I would encourage the hotel, again it may be a moot point if this is not under your control, to see about working with the new management to staff accordingly.
I did not get her name but she was amazing.
