I am writing to follow up regarding our recent stay at your hotel\.
Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing\. On the first night after checking into our room, we discovered that the air conditioning was not working\. Around 12:00 a\.m\., we called for assistance, and a technician came to inspect it\. He confirmed that the air conditioning was broken and asked why we had not already been moved to another room\. We were then required to pack our belongings and move rooms the next morning, which was especially difficult with our children\.
The replacement room also appeared outdated, and we noticed stains on the carpet, which was disappointing for a hotel of this standard\.
During the next morning’s room change, my daughter accidentally left behind her beloved stuffed toy that we had purchased in London\. For the next three days, I repeatedly followed up with the front desk to see if it had been found\. On our last day, Luca informed us that the toy had not yet been located but assured us that if it was found, the hotel would ship it to us\. Or ship a new one He provided us with an email address for follow\-up\.
Since returning home, I have sent multiple emails but have not received any response\. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication\.
