Upon arrival the staff helped me check & told me where to park my truck & trailer however it apparently wasn’t clear enough to me because I parked in the wrong spot, recieved a citation (no fee) then asked for help to park in the right spot. They were great about helping me. Haven’t been to Vegas in a few years & this new elevator system really through me off, got stuck in the elevator, on the 17th floor, had to call for help & they talked us through the issue. I think the operations should have been explained, we ended up asking guests & figuring it out as we went up & down. Buffets is only open Friday-Sunday, that was disappointing as was the circus performance. The hotel looks aged & the name doesn’t match the theme what so ever. Staff was pleasant but if you asked them anything they didn’t know anything, like where’s a buffet we can go to since yours in closed, lol. Anyways don’t think that I’ll stay there again just because I wasn’t all that impressed.
