Location is excellent. Hotel is tired with small rooms and some not very well lit (a tiny window in a corner). You must take elevator to get to/from room rather than being free to take stairs. They charged us six euros a day to just hold two very small bags for us for six days between stays. Not very nice.

Great experience overall. Beyond the gracious and helpful staff and lovely breakfast,I had the opportunity to jump in on a “cooking” experience where chef Mario made tiramisu. Nice addition for the late afternoon downtime.

Bien Very centrally located, lovely grand old building, but rooms can be a bit small. Be prepared to leave a key with reception whenever you leave / return.

A wonderful hotel with excellent staff. In a great location, especially for first-time visitors like us who wanted to be close to main tourist attractions. It’s also in between two Subway stations, about a 10 minute walk to each. We stayed in the suite, which was beautiful and we also enjoyed the breakfast. Highly recommended.
