The room was beautiful and spacious. The staff and service was terrible, hence the low rating. The service I found was always slow throughout my stay, regardless of whether it was busy or quiet. And I found every member of staff at reception rude and unwelcoming. I feel as though this needs to be improved as this is the first point of contact for customers, and immediately left a sour taste in my mouth before I even got to my hotel room. Although the maintenance staff were very helpful.
There were bin bags missing from one of the bins all the time, which I found consistent with other reviews I read.
