Property is old (like most in Venice) but well maintained. Breakfast is very good with eggs and bacon, cheese and cured meat. Air condition works well.
Location of the property is great as you can walk to Realto bridge in 4 minutes.
My only mild complaint is the typical European shower with glass shield that only cover half the length of tub, and that my room is on the 4th floor but elevator only goes up to the 3rd floor.

BienSéjour en famille avec enfants
This is a very well-located hotel if you want to stay in the "core" of Venice. Easy access from the Rialto waterbus station, and minutes' walk to anywhere. The room was clean, the shower was good, and the AC was working fine. It does need a little love in terms of maintenance, but nothing too grave to sour our stay. The breakfast is fair, but do not expect an "Italian experience" as it is more of a true American-style buffet (bacon, scrambled eggs, etc). Overall, a good place to stay.

Room is ok, good air condition.
If you get to be on fourth floor, the elevator takes you to three, with heavy luggage this was an annoying climb.

Very convenient. Well maintained although a bit dated. Beds weren’t overly comfortable. Breakfast is included but you’re better off going to one of the nearby places

No pure water bottles in the room. No coffee pot in room.
Bathroom so small could not sit on the toilet without banging knees on the sink.
Paid for breakfast 4 days and had no beakfast last day due to early flight but no refund or take away breakfast bits offered at all.
Great location. Poor amenities.
Will never stay there or recommend it again.
