BienPour les professionnels
the reception staff were absolutely excellent, really helpful and friendly.
Disappointed that the air con did not work on the hottest day! Did ring reception who said they could control remotely but just increased the heat.
Milk provided was curdled and like cheese and the shower did not work, thermostat stuck on cold and the adjuster broken.

Didn't see the bar, great valet service bags were in the rooms by the time we checked in, staff were friendly and welcoming and rooms were lovely. Well priced for a booking we made the night before and the option to buy everything in the room + the minibar and complimentary espressos. Great hotel

Luxurious hotel and decor out of this world.
Had a issue with our room as the sink was very low down. Discovered we were in a disability room. Asked reception if we could move rooms and they were happy to do this no problem.
Had a lovely stay

Great location, beautiful and ample room. Staff are nice but need more attention ton details such as taxi order verification, Expedia elite member rights, etc.

Fantastique Great location, high end hotel, excellent service ,but that premium quality does come at a price, but if price is not an issue then this comes very highly recommended. We shall be back next time we come to Manchester
