The staff seemed underpaid and not very friendly, none of FO staff were smiling, and one staff member, in particular, came across as rude and shows a lack of attention and knowledge about her surroundings.
The phone system is very outdated, when I called reception, it made eerie noises like something out of a horror movie. The AC is old but still functional, so that’s manageable. However, the TV is outdated.
From my perspective, for the same price, you can find better rooms, amenities, locations, and service elsewhere. I stayed at 3 different hotels for this vacation and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had during this vacation.
On a positive note, the housekeeping staff did their job very well, and there are so many good stalls near the hotel.
