Excellent location, very comfortable.

Located close to the beach and with a bus stop just outside a 5 - 10 minute walk to lots of restaurants and some shops. Older hotel with clean rooms and nice patio and pool area. Breakfast was good with lots of choice and all the food was top notch and fresh. 15 minute bus ride into old town with buses every 20 minutes. Quiet location for a peaceful break

This is a very run down hotel. I think its prime time was in the 90s. The staff were not at all helpful and the gym was disgusting. I hope they will update it as it had a nice location. However there is construction everywhere so it is not enjoyable to sit by the pool or on your balacony.

Clean and tidy hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the old town. Very helpful staff directed us to transport options and eating areas. Bus stop outside the door took us straight to Pile Gate and was easy and convenient to use. Room was clean and tidy and well maintained. Breakfast was included and was very good.

Everything about this hotel was absolutely perfect. The location is great, with the restaurants, shops and cafes of Lapad just a few minutes walk away. The rooms were exceptionally clean and feels cared for to the highest standard. They were also very comfortable with excellent AC, a working fridge, and a good bathroom, including the shower. The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting you when you went past, and very helpful, including advice on where to eat and helping to organise airport transfer for our arrival. Breakfast was very good too, with plenty of choice. Everything was fresh, well prepared and delicious. The breakfast room was very well maintained too. The location is also excellent. It’s a short hop on the number 4 bus into Pile Gate in Old Town. It takes no more than 10-15 minutes and the buses were very frequent. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for somewhere nice, calm and relaxing to stay.

Great location

The property sits overlooking the sea and the infinitely pool was really nice. There was an indoor pool and a hot tub too. There buffet breakfast had everything you needed. Very clean a neat room. We didn’t use the spa but it is a nice feature. And the bus to old town picks up right outside the door. Would book here again.

A delightful property! This hotel is clean, beautiful, and well staffed. The property has an excellent location, directly across the street from a rocky beach. I was able to easily access the waterfront walking trail and many local restaurants. The view from my room was absolutely gorgeous and I loved the outdoor space! There’s a grocery store just up the street and many beautiful restaurants close by. The city bus stops directly in front of the property and is a short 20-25 minute ride to old town. Breakfast was delicious and offered a full menu with many options. I found all the food fresh and well prepared. The dining area was clean and had indoor/outdoor space. The staff are helpful and kind. The spa was a wonderful addition to the stay.

Amazing hotel and SPA facilities. Very clean and lots of beaches, restaurants and cafes nearby.
