This property is totally disappointing. The customer service was horrible. We had to go through a lot of steps just to check in and get to the room, which was especially frustrating in the hot and humid weather.
The bed was very uncomfortable. Throughout the hotel, items were stored in the walkways, making the passages so narrow that only one person could pass at a time, while others had to wait.
The property was not worth the money we paid. There was no breakfast and no coffee provided. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this property.

Unique style room, good location next to St. Marks and a great staff. Arranged our water taxi and had staff there to handle our luggage. Recommended great places to eat. Only negative was no elevator.

Fantastique This location was fantastic. Was very close to Saint Marks walking distance to a lot of stuff. The staff was so helpful as we needed to figure out transportation for a cruise. There were a lot of stairs, which was the only hard part for us. I would stay here again though.

The staff spoke good English and were very helpful with tips, suggestions and directions. The room was small, but clean and a nice hot shower. AC worked very well. Very close to Piazza San Marco
