DISLIKED: The property was ok - overpriced for USD $300 and it's not even peak season! The room overlooked the parking lot so the view was not great! The bathroom mirror frame was stained and the ceiling of the room had water stains on it. The breakfast had paper plates and disposable cutlery - not great! You have to carry your own bags to the room. LIKED: Very friendly, efficient, helpful checkin and check out staff. Parking was included in the price of the room. Room was clean, large, bed was comfortable and there were the usual amenities of coffee (no tea), in room safe, iron + ironing board, flat screen TV. The bathroom was clean, with toiletries and a hair dryer. Plenty of clean towels. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate with a wide range of cereals, eggs, some fruit, coffee, tea, bagels/breads etc. All in all a fairly pleasant experience - would use the hotel just as a place to stay for the night while exploring Key West.

Everything was great except the alarm

Clean room and breakfast is nice.

The room was clean and the place was quiet, which is good. The air conditioning was really good cause you can put it to a temperature that is right for you. The breakfast was also good. We had a terrible amount of rain fall on our last night and it was scarry but the staff came to our room to assure us that everything was okay and it was. The front desk staff and concierge were very helpful.

Overall everything was great, however the pool had a lot of bugs in it and could have been better.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish. We loved the pool, which was kept at the perfect, warm temperature. The complimentary shuttle to the old district was a huge plus, and having beach essentials like umbrellas, chairs, and coolers provided made our outings so much easier. Having buffet breakfast included was another plus.The two daily drinks were the perfect cherry on top. We would definitely book another stay here!
