The view is absolutely amazing. We didn’t have a car but there was ample parking space.
One can easily tell that there’s years of experience behind the excellent service.
Little personal touches made our stay even more pleasant.

Balmoral Lodge was the perfect place to stay in Queenstown. The location is unbeatable—close to town but peaceful with stunning lake and mountain views. The facilities were spotless and well-equipped, and the space felt warm and comfortable.
What really stood out was the incredible hospitality—so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We felt right at home. Would 100% stay here again. Highly recommended!

En dessous de la moyenne I was NOT able to stay here due to health problems and the vertical climb to lodge. The property assured me I would get a refund, because they were able to rent unit that very same day. At this time i have NOT received the credit. Expedia was NOT available to assist with this issue
