Very clean and comfortable hotel. It is in a very convenient location, right next to the train station and good restaurants nearby. We reserved 2 presidential suites and one suite felt much smaller than the other, that was our only complaint. Good stay, overall!

We had a lovely stay at HNN. We were given a warm welcome & everything was clearly explained. The room was very clean with air con & complimentary hot drink tray. Also a mini bar which was charged for.
The beds were comfy & although there was a bit of traffic noise in the evening, it was quieter in the night & we all slept well.
Breakfast was continental, with a good range of breads, pastries, cheese, jam, yogurts & fruits. They had some pre packaged gluten free items for my coeliac husband too.
Overall a lovely stay & would thoroughly recommend!

On arrival greeted by a lovely receptionist.
Room large. Great air conditioning.
Would have been handy to have shampoo and conditioner with travelling. Tea and coffee etc brilliant.
I would park at the marina and walk up as under cover and you lock your own car. Not as recommended by hotel where you have to leave key which null and voids your own car insurance.

Perfect accommodation in Genova. Conveniently located. Very clean and everything is maintained with care. The staff speaks English fluently and was very kind.
There is a paid parking above the hill just a short walk from this hotel.
Breakfast included in the price was a very basic bread and cheese type of breakfast. But what do you expect from a hotel breakfast right? There’s nothing to complain about.

Bien The bed and bathroom were great! The flooring, room and couch seemed a bit dated, ac was a bit noisy. But service was good. Breakfast was also not bad - cold only but ok. 2 varieties of cold cuts , some cheese, cakes/bread etc
The Luxury tag didn’t quite go with my room but all in all it was ok. There was an elevator.
The good part was it was just a 2 minute walk from the station .

Fantastique The room we had was large and clean, the towels were bath sheets.
Denise who welcomed us was wonderful showing us around and giving us ideas on what to do and see in Genova.
