The front desk staff here is absolutely terrible. In particular, the man who was working the morning of 31/05 and previous evenings was the most unhelpful hotel employee that I have ever encountered. He was rude to us after check-in, when we needed to switch rooms because all three rooms we booked had malfunctioning AC units. He was demanding and degrading us when we were offered new rooms (after 3 hours of waiting). On checkout morning, we asked for assistance in obtaining a taxi and he rudely said, "I don't do that." In what world does a front desk at a hotel not offer at least a phone number for a reputable taxi company, if not call them for their guests?

Fantastique Over all are excellent. We stay 3 nights here. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, special thanks Syukran he is so nice, give us very good informations we need to have a good time in Singapore. Many thanks to Benny, Ygesh, Katie as well as they were very kind and made our stay so much better. Thanks for housekeeping Lee Lee. Definitely will come back next time.
