This property looked way worse than the photo. The exterior is very messy, with cigarette butts and trash on the ground. The elevator smells like weed and is extremely slow, and the hallways smell strongly of many kinds of food. The air conditioning worked, but not great, and the room had an unpleasant odor. At least the window opened to air it out. The room was very beat up. I think people live here, which is fine for them, but not what I was looking for. The room has a kitchenette, but no pots/pans/plates/silverware to make use of it. I would definitely not recommend this place. The only positives were the refrigerator which was larger than usual for a hotel, the beds were not uncomfortable, and that the room was reasonably clean.

The place was dirty inside and outside elevator not working one staff member working at the desk no toilet paper in the room barely any towels in the room just all in all not a very clean

Trashed. First room had the shower rod busted off and counter trim falling off. Second one had no lighting working except for the overhead kitchen light. Parking lot was strewn with trash with more and more shopping carts appearing as the evening progressed. This is a long-term spot for folks who are struggling. Don't stop here for a night and expect anything other than a barely qualifying "place to sleep".

Terrible experience. When we returned to our room at 11:30 p.m., our key card didn’t work. There was no one at the front desk—just a note saying they were closed and to call customer service. Customer service wasn’t able to help, so we had to drive to the Studio 6 down the street and ask them for assistance just to get a new key card and access our room with all of our belongings inside. The room itself was also disappointing. The pillows didn’t have pillowcases, the bed only had a flat sheet because they had run out of laundry, and there were no bath towels in the room—only two hand towels. To make matters worse, we woke up to the smell of fresh cigarette smoke coming into our room. Overall, this was a very frustrating and unacceptable stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

I got locked out of my room and there was no front desk representative to help, just a note that said to go to the other location for help, which I had to do at 1am. Also the Elevators were broken, my towel had blood stains and the hotel was generally just not clean and smelled like cigarettes. Will never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend.

Do yourself a favor and never book this property. our experience was a complete disaster. Upon arrival, the entryway and back doors were blocked by people sitting in chairs and smoking. There were no luggage carts, so we had to use a shopping cart to haul our bags inside. The front desk was useless, they never answered the phones, and our keycards kept deactivating. To top it off, the elevator went completely out of service. ​The room was vile. It smelled heavily of mold, and the AC unit made all the beds and luggage damp. They provided zero toilet paper, none of the lamps worked, and the wall outlets were completely dead. Worse than the filth were the safety hazards. The shower floor was so slick that I fell and seriously injured my knee. The place is also clearly infested, as everyone in our group woke up with bites all over their arms including my 4 month old. It was so unbelievably bad that we couldn't take it anymore. We packed up and left on the second day, refusing to stay for our third night, and went to stay with a family member instead. This hotel is disgusting, poorly managed, and dangerous. Stay far away!
