I enjoyed my stay here and for the price it offered all that you need for a great stay. It was very clean and had lots of amenities, the bed was comfortable and the space was great, it's location was also decent as only about a 20 minute drive to the Taj Mahal.
I only stayed at this hotel for one night due to visiting the Taj Mahal so it was perfect for me. They also offered a Taj Mahal tour, although I had already booked my tour, this would have been great if I hadn't already.
The kitchen staff, waitor/tresses, bus Men and security were all very kind, Great customer service from them however I
Personally think some of the check in staff could've been more friendly as they didn't smile.
When checking out the person at the front desk hardly acknowledged me, even after everything was complete and I said thank you to him, he didn't respond. The hotel it's self was good but some of the front desk check in people at the entrance of the restaurant and the main reception, made me feel unwelcome.
Overall I give it a 3/5 because of the check in people at the front desk. If not I would have given it a 5/5
