Clean room

Room was dirty things were broken said there would be breakfast in the morning and there was only sacks with sunny d and a muffin

Ofrecen gimnasio no existe, ofrecen desayuno no hay restaurante

Staffing was amazing the two different guys I talked to…… but the rooms where not good at all our first room and ants in the beds and the ac isn’t work, bathroom door was broken, peep hole has a piece of toilet paper in place or the actual glass it looks like then we were given a second room and there was still ants in that room and the furniture was either broken or missing drawers.

The only thing was the ac unit didn’t work well in my room

Helpful staff

The location has alot of potential, clean, helpful staff. But half the doors aren't sealed, the insulation and sound-proofing are sub-par, the AC units struggled to cool the room during the summer, they didn't have the room I'd reserved available forcing us into a smaller room for the same price. Additionally the Ice machine wasn't working, and there was no breakfast layout, just a few things that I had to ask an employee to get from their break room and kitchen (some muffins in plastic bags and a bottle of OJ). I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.

Everything was good the bed was comfortable I did see one or 2 roaches but it’s North Carolina and it is hot so I can understand other than that check inn and out was amazing

The room smelled like mold. The ice machine was broke. The room was clean but not in good repair.

Stayed there as a Clarion Hotel years past.
