Great staff location beautiful room

No lift for getting to reception so had to carry heavy suitcases down the stairs and then back up this morning. Air con cut-out and then fixed again. It was ok for a night but would not like to stay any more than that.

It was easy to find and helpfully surrounded by restaurants, ice cream shops and patisseries. The reception is downstairs then there is a lift back up again to the rooms. We were in room 2 which had a door to the car park. Beds were comfy, bathroom was a large wet room. Room was not huge but big enough for our family of 4. Aircon wasn't as cold as we would have liked but we were there in a heatwave. Plenty of plug sockets and a TV. Easy walking distance of metro to get into centre of town. No breakfast available but coffee is available - very short walk to lovely places for breakfast. Reception team very pleasant and helpful.

Clean room, staff is friendly, air conditioning very good. Family friendly as well. Near the transportation. I’m happy on my stay. 😀

L’air climatisé s’est allumé automatiquement pendant la nuit seulement, pas avant. Ce n’était pas un problème puisqu’il ne faisait pas super chaud. Mais il faudrait le vérifier au cas où.

Proximité de la Gare Centrale.

Relación calidad precio buena ,muy limpio , cómodo , staff muy atentos ; ir hasta el metro y transportarse por todo Milán es muy fácil ; el taxi hasta la estación buen precio ; El área gente joven , un poco bohemio ,seguro .
