This is not a hotel, it is a house with digital locks on the doors. Location on maps is wrong. I had to call someone to find the house and for them to let me in. Bathroom is not nice, the sink and shower are clearly blocked. Bedroom was okay but very basic. The person on the phone was helpful but I also got locked out of my room at 5am and couldn't get back in until I sent a message on WhatsApp. You get what you pay for. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I was expecting a family hotel as it's marked as a hotel - that's what I had put into the search box. Instead, it was simply an HMO - a terraced house with multiple rooms with one shared bathroom/toilet in very poor condition.
It's a great place to leave.

Fantastique My code didn’t work on either door but it was resolved very quickly via text. I won’t hold that against them as it’s just an admin error. The room I was given first hadn’t had cleaned but again, they resolved it within seconds via text. I’d say don’t be put off if you have to text them, there’s cameras in the communal areas and they can easily help out. I enjoyed my stay overall and if I find myself here again, I would use it. It’s not for hotel snobs or the easily annoyed Karen’s of this world, but if you need somewhere to lay your hat south of the river, it beats the ridiculous prices that have affected all accommodation since COVID.
