This is a great place for the young at heart. The management communicated well ahead of time, so we were prepared for the stairs--and they did help with the luggage! The room was smaller than we expected, but as we only needed to rest and shower there, it worked well for us. The staff were congenial and helpful. The only hiccup was with the coupon for the complimentary breakfast; we were unaware of it until time to pay for our meal, so we ended up paying the regular price.

Artistic B&B was great! It was in a lovely location, the rooms were clean and beautiful, and the staff were super welcoming and helpful. There were a lot of stairs, as mentioned, but they did not bother us!
I am sure this was disclosed ahead of time, but I had expected a more traditional B&B service. The B&B service is purchasing an 8 euro pass for breakfast at a local cafe.

This place was absolutely perfect. The hosts were super friendly and informative about the surrounding attractions. The property is literally 15 minute walk from everything.

Super We had a nice tight room; bathroom worked fine. Roberto was very helpful about area sights, including how to get the bus for the airport. Note Artistic B&B is a Floor 3 walkup on steep stairs with limited handrailing.

Very nice place in the old part of Madrid. Very charming, clean, rooms and a friendly staff. No shortage of dining options amongst the quaint streets of La Letras. If you want more action the Grand Via is minutes away. Highly recommended.

Super The hotel has an excellent location. It is at walking distance from major interesting sites. Be prepared for really tiny rooms
