Located beside train station which is super convenient. I stayed one night and got the apartment closest to station. Wasn't a problem for me but light sleepers beware.
When I walked in the first thing I noticed was a lingering food smell. Would have appreciated if the apartment was aired out for incoming guests. The cleanliness of the shower was also a little suspect with hair and streaks of dirt. Everything else seemed clean. Bed was medium firm and comfy. Communal area is interesting and I liked being able to grab extra amenities that I needed.

The checkin process was fine but the key for our room never appered.
Thats all I have to complain about.
But I pressed 1 at the phone available and the most beautiful helpful woman came and assisted us

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, l’hôtel ne peut pas être mieux situé et le concept est génial! Attention: l’usage d’un téléphone intelligent est essentiel!

Fantastique This location is very convenient. Steps away from Bern Wankdorf. (1 stop away) from Bern main station. Coop convenient on the side but big other groceries on the side. It is quiet and cozy here. There is a kitchen inside the rooms but I like to use their common kitchen and hang out area. It is cozy and you can cook whatever you want. Some people have left their spices for everyone to share so you dont need to really buy them. There's also shampoo/body wash in the room. Roon is super clean. Very friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend. It is like your home away from home. There are pans, cooking wares, plates, glasses all kitchen stuff you need so no need to bring from home. They even provide dishwashing liquid also laundry pods (laundry is not free) but pods are free. You can also iron your clothes. If you have a luggage its so convenient because it is steps away from station.

There is a grocery store on the first floor but not much choice for restaurants. Silvana was amazing host with directions, recommendations and even umbrellas! Trains are next to hotel so convenient but noisy if you like the windows open.

Lovely location, very convenient, next to train station. Friendly staff, good technology. Good family room with full facilities. Supermarket next to it. Terrace is a great place to sit out and entertain.
