Super The property was good, but finding it was painful, definitely need better directions took me a few hours of driving around and asking security guards in the area questions how to get there. No response from the owner until after we checked in.

En dessous de la moyenne Dirty, difficult to contact staff. Rude as they have the habit of hanging up on the phone if you ever get through to them. Owner doesn't seem to care about the comfort of the guests. I wouldn't even pay the amount they are charging as this is a complete rip off, misleading advert, you do not know which room you would get. Don't book this property if you would.like a stress-free holiday or stay.

This property doesn't deserve any stars at all! You were sent the details of the property but expect that you will be allocated a different room as it's first come first served! We turned up later than check in time but our room was already occupied. We were then allocated a different room in a different building and not seaview as requested. Very dirty and smelly rugs and carpets, cockroaches in the kitchen, flies everywhere, trash still in, outdated toilet and bath, mouldy and rusty tiles, worn out doors with paint drippings.,,,the smell is disgusting, no words is disgust can fully describe this accommodation. Admin are rude as they hang up on the phone if you start complaining then they block! Owner doesn't seem to care at all! Expedia and other travel sites should ban this owner!!!! Bath blocked, admin not helpful!

I like the location where it was located and easy to check in. But when going inside the room the floor was dirty and the aircone is leaking so there is water on the floor. And the master bedrooms bed is broken one legs. Overall it just need to be deep clean and marinated the place
