Fantastique The room was spotless and staff was helpful and friendly. My room faced the 4-lane road, so traffic was loud at times during the night.

My family and I had a great time staying at this hotel. It was clean, and spacious and modern. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Porto. We also used the self parking lot and the parking lot was new and lots of spots available.

No one on the reception desk after 7:00 p.m. If you arrive after 7:00 p.m. please make sure the hotel sent the room number and security code before you arrive.
I arrived around 8:00 p.m. since the train was delayed. No matter you called the EMERGENCY number which the hotel showed on the reception, but NO one answer the call.
Second, staff opened your door to deliver the breakfast at 6:45 a.m. They were totally ignored the signage ‘Take a break. Do not disturb’ on the door.
To be honest, the hotel is clean and new. They can do BETTER.

Fantastique We arrived later in the evening tired from a long trip. The front desk person was friendly, kind and efficient. She went out of her way to help us acclimate to this new country. The room was spacious and clean with everything we needed. The other staff were great also to help.
