SuperSéjour en solo · Pour les loisirs

It says they will give me a number to open the box which contains the key for a room. I have contacted the hotel more then 10 time they did not give me a room and a pass code for the key. I messaged the hotel at the afternoon 1:00 pm and call them the did not respond and I message Expedia, it did not respond as well. So I have to search other booking App for a different phone number to get in contact with the hotel staff to get the room key the next morning 3;00 Am.

Super Area is accessible to historic sites, shops and local eating joints. Wasn't aware that the sound of morning prayers from the nearby mosque was that loud.
