Fantastique Loved staying at the Collector hotel. I have stayed at other hotels in the area but this is my favorite. I will be back.

Exceptional staff, unbelievable kindness and help. From arrival to departure we were helped for everything we needed. Packing a breakfast because of early checkout - unbelievable. Thank you, you made our stay and we will return.

Excellent hotel, the room is exactly as in the pictures. Everything was looking good and well maintained, the bed was excellent. We stayed in the smallest room and it was completely fine for a short stay, but I'd recommend getting a bigger one if you have medium/large suitcases. The only two things that could be better are that towels are too small and not a great quality, and they don't have conditioner in the bathroom.

I was charged €12.50 per night for a baby cot and €40 per night for an extra bed for my three-year-old, which I find excessive. I have never stayed in a hotel that charges for a baby cot.
Additionally, the hotel emailed me a total price that included breakfast, but this price was not honoured, despite it being their error.
It’s also worth noting that the hotel does not disclose the additional charges for extra beds until the day before check-in, leaving no opportunity to cancel the booking and find more suitable accommodation at a reasonable price.
