excellent location, safe area, great staff , clean , quiet, has all you need The owner Davide was super helpful and responsive to any question I 100% recommend the Unicum and will definitely stay here again

This was a lovely stay and a few minute walk from the heart of trastevere. Good air conditioning, nice bath rooms and an excellent host. There is a €6 per day required cleaning fee which was not communicated in the listing however would still recommend staying here.

The hotel was in a charming area. Our host was an excellent communicator, providing tips about things to do and places to eat, and even arranging transportation to the airport. Would stay again!

Very quiet and clean area in the Trastevere area in Rome. The host was very communicative and made the check-in process very simple and easy to understand. Right next to bus stop and 15-min walk from Train station. Shops and restaurants short walk away, highly recommend for 1st time visitors.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Unicum Trastevere Suites! The location is perfect — very convenient and close to everything, yet quiet and comfortable. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and felt very safe with great security. A special thanks to Davide, the host, who truly made our stay exceptional. He took care of every detail, was always responsive, and delivered outstanding customer service from start to finish. There is a a cafe and a Sushi restaurant next door, a grocery shop Naturasi across from hotel, tram/bus/uber can take you to city in 20 minutes. The only thing which can be fixed there is no signboard of the hotel, its a pink building.

The room was exceptionally clean with plenty of amenities. Great location with plenty of restaurants available nearby. The tram was outside the accommodation. The communication was timely with several suggestions for restaurants and local attractions. The information for sent for the entry to the room were easy to follow.
