Everything was wonderful! The room was exceptionally clean!

The experience here was amazing and I will be back!

This was a pleasant surprise in almost every way. This is a very family friendly hotel for those in the Dollywood area. The staff was very welcoming, the property is new, spacious, and well maintained, and the on-site restaurant lets you order pizza to pick up and bring to your room. The only problem is that it's absolutely packed with families...too many for the small pool and hot tub to accommodate, so we went without being able to enjoy those facilities.

The property was very clean and had everything for our comfort. The o ly thing i didn't like was the food options. It was almost the same thing everyday. Loved that breakfast and a dinner called kickback was included but the menu options left alot to be desired. Staff was friendly and location was close to everything. We also had daily housekeeping wich was a nice. I would definitely visit again.

Property is centered around all activities in the area. Easy to walk. Breakfast and kick back dinner provided so it helps if your on a budget. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable about surrounding things to do. Different areas to just kick back and relax in. Very clean. Staff very friendly.
