We had the windowless lightbox room. Everything was great except the AC unit. The condenser pump would go off randomly every 5 - 15 minutes. There would be a very loud humming/buzzing noise that would last a few seconds. It woke us up many times throughout the night. One other thing to note was that you could hear everything in the hallways (which we knew about) but since it was a Tuesday it wasn't so bad.

The location was good and bad, in that it was convenient but also a little noisy. The “Comfort Double” room was small and had no chair. The bathroom had no shampoo, only hand soap. The bed was large and comfortable and I slept well. I let 3 different people at reception and 2 of them were very helpful and easily to talk to, however one was condescending and made my wife uncomfortable. So overall, the stay was just ok. I might be back again…

Super convenient location. Bathroom was pristine but not well designed. It is very spacious but literally no place to set anything down except the floor. Sink is one or the smallest I’ve ever seen.

I absolutely loved this hotel. Room was small but that’s fine because traveling alone I didn’t need some spacious accommodation. Was worried it would be noisy due to its proximity to the World Famous Temple Bar however I couldn’t hear any noise from the bar in my room…completely soundproof. Will definitely stay again!

Excellent location. Had everything we needed for a one night stay and was clean. Basic room and no lifts but otherwise met our needs. No problem with noise as others mentioned. Comfortable bed and excellent shower. Would definitely stay again
