Everything was good at the hotel including the staff. Room just needs a microwave.

The hotel was located in the center of Bangkok. The cleanliness was up to standard, but the facilities were a bit old and outdated. Another downside was the nonstop traffic noise from outside. Other than that, I would rate it 4 out of 5.

First, the room was not clean. Floors were very bad, the shower had mold and the floors looked like they had not been clean in months. More importantly the main bedroom air conditioner did not work. It is very warm in Bangkok right now. The gym room was ridiculously bad, the machines did not work. Pool and spa tub nope not us.

Bien room was good size and the bed was comfy but the bathroom was dirty on arrival and the drains smelled. We let the reception team know and the next day it was fine.

I had stayed here multiple times and always had a good experience. Everything works great. Easy going professional service. Cold AC. Daily housekeeping. Good location. Clean rooms. Will definitely stay again.
