Fantastique Easy to walk to from Temple Meads station. Comfortable room. Aircon was extremely welcome. Helpful staff. Good security for ain hotel area. Good sound proofing. Breakfast was value for money.

The place is very convenient to the Bristol Bus Station -- helpful to me because I arrived from, and returned to, Heathrow Airport. The food was good and the room verbally fine. But I was very disappointed in the lack of facilities for charging phones and tablets. There were no USB chargers and no 110v outlets, which are common in hotels throughout Europe.
