We enjoyed our vacation.
The entire hotel staff, across all departments, provided excellent service.
A true VIP experience.
You can really feel that everyone at the hotel genuinely cares about the guests and wants them to enjoy their stay.
The breakfast was delicious, and the pool was great and very enjoyable.

The hotel is extremely loud. The walls are paper thin, and the staff was coming and going down the hall all night. I think they are still getting some of the rooms ready. The staff spoke some English, but couldn’t really provide guidance on dining options or taxi costs. The exercise room is tiny and really not good. Cool wine store and lobby bar. And the location was excellent.
