The reviews that describe the staff (one man) as friendly and helpful are completely right. Whoever owns this place should give him a raise (unless maybe he is the owner).
The room is quite small but comfortable enough. And the location is fantastic. Close to everything in central Seoul, and in the heart of a fun bar and restaurant district. If you just need a place to sleep, this hotel is a great bargain.
