The head lady at the front desk during the day is almost military in her response and behavior. Too rigid. No compromise. Language barrier. The one microwave for the whole floor is not acceptable. The one on my floor was not working. Location is great. Price ok. Food just barely ok.

I had an excellent stay and would definitely stay here again. The hotel met all of my needs from check-in to check-out. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere made for a very enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a comfortable stay.

I enjoy my stay and complimentary breakfast. This is my second stay. The only thing for the casino they need to sanitize the machines and chairs after used. But other than that I will recommend anyone to stay there.

Having read previous reviews I was a bit concerned. However generally the hotel is quite nice. The front desk staff were polite and accommodating. The areas of concern were the bed, which was extremely hard and made sleeping difficult, and the cleaning in the room. On one (and only one) occasion we had used a coffee cup and a drinking glass. We noticed that the cup was not cleaned but placed upside down in the sauces as if clean and the glass (which had milk) was turned upside down and placed as though it was clean. We reported both instances to the senior agent at front desk who quickly had the cup and glass replaced. The restaurant was excellent and we looked forward to the large variety of choices every morning.

Clean room,staff does not speak English, breakfast was horrible,tried to get some food at 1.of the many Chinese restaurants available in the food court and they looked at me like I was a unicorn with 6 eyes..in my own country that was pretty wild to me..I would never recommend

Stayed at this hotel with a very large group from 7/10-16,the hotel was very clean but that's to be expected as it is still new..the room size was decent but my room had the toilet in the shower which was very dangerous as it gets really slippery especially when you wake up in the middle of the night to use the rest room..absolutely no one at the front desk spoke English, the language barrier is a big deal especially when you're in an English speaking country, there are lots of restaurants on property but only Asian restaurants, with the exception of 1 fried chicken spot,I went to 1 of the Asian (Chinese) restaurant to get something for my husband, the man at the register watched me walk up to place my order and turned his back and walked away..I stood there for 10 minutes to make sure I understood what I was experiencing and he never turned around, same experience at the Boba stand, needless to say that experience left such a bad taste in my mouth..I booked a total of twelve rooms for my group and we all had similar experiences, we did not know there was a pool or gym until the last day, there's nothing that gives directions and you can't ask because they don't understand!!! As a travel agent I would absolutely never ever book anyone else at this hotel, the experience was horrible 😫
