Super This place is a bit over priced, but if you're staying for just 1 night, its perfect. Simple and straight forward.

En dessous de la moyenne We had a family room with 3 beds including bunk bed. The main issue was a bad smell in the room. I complained to the reception and asked for different room but they refused saying they are fully booked and gave me a room spray which made the smell bearable but worn off soon. We didn't have good night sleep in the end. Will never stay again.

SuperSéjour en solo
The location was great for someone popping in to Nice for just one day/night — extremely easy to catch the tram into downtown to explore. Also, the little neighborhood where the hotel was seemed very safe and there were some restaurants and a little grocer. There was no fridge in my room, so couldn’t pick up too much, but I was only there one night so not a big deal. Also, no safe.
I like planes, so it was cool having a room that overlooked the airport, and I didn’t notice any loudness from it. I booked one of the tiny rooms, which had a double bed, a side table and stool, a shower (directly next to the bed) and sink, and then a small separate toilet. This worked fine for me. There was no closet, but there was a small rack with a few hangers above the side table — effective use of the small space — and a designated spot under the bed facing the sink for my suitcase.
Overall, it was fine my purposes.

Right next to the tram that gets you to the airport. The rooms are big and clean. The view on the landing airplanes is quite epic. Not at all loud. Would go again.

The hotel is more like a hostel but the room was clean albeit small. You can borrow a hairdryer from reception but you have to return it as soon as you have finished, whatever time of day. Breakfast was nice, good selection. Have to clear own plates away at the end of breakfast or staff run after you to make sure you do! Good as a base if you aren’t staying long, would stay again.

Easy location to travel all around Nice. Was there for the F1 race in Monaco and this location provided easy travel. Walk to the hotel and trains from then airport. Perfect.
