The staff were so helpful and organised a quick local tour for us as we were only briefly in Windhoek. Breakfast was excellent.
The dinner was very elegant but rather ‘haute cuisine’ great for a celebration meal - we enjoyed our plates but prefer to have some more simple dishes on the menu.

En dessous de la moyenne The hotel is clean but loud. The management tries too hard to make it a first class experience without success.
The restaurant is clean and the food is okay, but not high grade cuisine. Restaurant staff is friendly but has no idea how to serve , which most of the people in that restaurant didn't even notice. It's a 3 star hotel, wanting to be a 5 star hotel.
