A bit out of the cbd but lovey quiet location opposite park, and tram stop right out front of the property was perfect for getting around.
We will definitely be back

Friendly hosts, clean room and common bathroom facilities. You defintely get what you pay for though. Don’t expect anything too flashy.
Great for solo travellers or back packers.
Fridge could do with a clean out.

Staff were very courteous, and there were no issues with cleanliness.
However, my room had beds with wheels, and I’m not sure why. The beds kept moving because of the wheels, which made it difficult to sleep.
Another issue was the connecting door to the room next door. Instead of a wall, there was a door between the rooms, and the guests next door were talking throughout the night on several occasions. Even small noises, like sneezing, could be heard clearly. Rooms like this should not be given to customers, or at least a proper wall barrier should be installed. For the money paid, it did not feel worth it.
