Had a great room overlooking the pool, car parking easy and secure and the best location on Hastings street across the road from the beach
Staff in reception were fantastic, very helpful and accommodating

Front Desk Staff were super friendly and helpful! Was unaware of construction occuring causing lack of parking & non-daily room cleaning at time of booking though.

the pool was fantastic the balcony had water constantly dripping from above which made it almost unusable

En dessous de la moyenne Lots of bugs. Small ants crawling throughout the unit. Small cockroaches in the bathrooms. Big cockroaches in the living area. Moths and silverfish. Bugs in my bed, so much so that I had to shake out the sheets… it’s Australia, but even for Australia this was a lot of bugs. We kept all patio doors closed, and still they came. Also, hallway was full of garbage in front of the unit when we checked in. If this was a motel, that would be fine, but this was very expensive for minimal cleanliness.
